Summer Harvest Chef's Table Dinner

  • Ironbound Hard Cider 360 County Road 579 08802 United States (map)

A SUMMER HARVEST DINNER WITH FARROW AND OSTER

Join us as longtime friends and chefs Coby Farrow and Aaron Oster prepare a multi-course meal highlighting Ironbound Farm's summer harvest. Each dish will be kissed by smoke, char, and flame and paired with one of our own award-winning hard ciders, wines, or fortified ciders.

The night will kick off with a cocktail hour and Hors d'oeuvres in the Woodshed, where guests can interact with our chefs and watch on as each course is prepared around our 30ft tall Agrentinian-style cooking hearth, the Motherfire. The night will continue onto the tented lawn, where guests will be served each plated course while immersed in the beauty of Ironbound Farm's 108-acre biologically diverse regenerative farm, fields and forest scape.

COVID-19 POLICIES

In keeping with our current policies, service staff will be masked throughout the duration of the event. It is recommended but not required that all non-vaccinated guests wear a mask while they are up from their tables. Each table under the tent will be socially distanced with at least 6ft in between.
